If the WMA files are not protected, then just add to your iTunes library. iTunes is for you.

If they protected (for example, are purchased online are encrypted DRM), it becomes more complicated. You need to burn an audio CD in Windows Media Player, rip burn the CD in iTunes.

Looks like a regular CD-R in WMP. When burned, it creates an image file can be mounted in iTunes to copy it. Since the image file on the hard drive is super fast.

It also works the other way. You can rip a virtual CD in iTunes and WMP.
